Alex is in love with his trains and cars.  For Christmas Alex recieved many car toys from the "Cars" movie (one of his faves) and a train table for his Thomas the Train set.  Mike recently set up the train table and glued the tracks down (so they won't be all over the house) and Alex can't get enough of playing with his train set.  He spends hours playing with Thomas, Percy, Lady and the rest. 

When he isn't playing with his trains he is rolling his cars about the house.  Right now he is watching the car roll off the coffee table.  He especially likes his cars that "shake and roll".  You shake the car (Mater, Lightning McQueen, The King) and it starts to make noises and talks before taking off on its own.  He likes to shake it and hear the noise it makes.  Sometimes he likes to throw his cars about the family room - to see what they will do.  Naturally, gravity takes its course.
